About Coronado Ferry in San Diego, California

The Coronado Ferry connects downtown San Diego to Coronado Island. There are two ferry docks on the San Diego side, Broadway Pier and the San Diego Convention Center, and one on the Coronado side, the Coronado Ferry Landing. It’s just a 15 minute crossing and a popular activity for tourists in downtown San Diego. Coronado Ferry Landing has restaurants, cafes, shops, and rental outfits (see the business list). Next to the landing there are two small beaches in Centennial Park. The view of San Diego’s Skyline is most frequently photographed from this park (another hidden spot is just 6 blocks away at Bayview Park). If you want to go for a longer boat ride, Flagship Cruises can take you all around the bay and beyond. Here are the ferry landing locations:
