From craft brew cruises to champagne brunch cruises and dinner cruises to simple narrated harbor cruises, their many options are sure to satisfy. All of the trips include the incredible views of San Diego from the bay. Some venture farther out to watch whales during their migration season (Mid-Oct to Mid-Apr). The adrenaline option is a wild jet boat ride on the bay (spoiler! – you might get wet). Check the Flagship Cruises website to see the various cruise options available. Many run daily so there’s always something fun to do. They even have themed events on holidays!
