About Elk Fence South Beach in Inverness, California

Elk Fence South Beach is a boat-in campground on the shores of Tomales Bay in Point Reyes National Seashore. Kayaking and boating are the only ways to get here. Elk Fence South Beach has no fresh water available and all human waste must be carried out so be prepared if you plan to stay here a while. Boats can be launched by Nick’s Cove at Miller public boat launch or rented at Lawson’s Landing. Kayaks can be rented for up to 48 hours from Blue Waters Kayaking in the nearby towns of Inverness and Marshall.
