17-Mile Drive

17 Mile Drive is a scenic loop through the private Pebble Beach community on the Monterey Peninsula. They charge a small fee to enter, but you get a map and access to a beautiful coastal scene with white cove beaches. There is so much to see along this drive that we created an article to cover them.

It doesn’t take that long to drive the road, but trust us, you’ll want to stop and take pictures at many points. When the weather cooperates, the beaches of Pebble Beach are incredible and unique. You’ll find several walking options for stretching the legs. Sorry but motorcycles are not allowed due mostly to the noise that many of them make.
