About Harford Pier at Port San Luis in Avila Beach, California

Harford Pier is one of two public piers in Avila Beach (a third pier is private). It’s a bit off the beaten path compared to Avila Pier on the town waterfront, but it’s just a short drive away. Harford Pier (a.k.a. Pier 3) is the working pier with a seafood company on the pier and a boat launch adjacent to it. The Olde Port Inn, a delicious seafood restaurant on the end of the pier, is the main reason locals and tourists venture over to this pier. The other reason is a dog-friendly beach adjacent to the pier.
