Knott’s Soak City Water Park

Soak City is one of Orange County’s top theme park attractions and there are several great ones nearby including Disneyland, Disney’s California Adventure, and Knott’s other nearby park Knott’s Berry Farm. Soak City consistently ranks as one of the top 20 water parks in North America.

You’ll have enough to keep busy here for an entire day. There are slides for small children, big kids, and adventurous adults. Here is a link to their slides and attractions.

They also have shops were visitors can get swimwear if they forgot theirs at home. At these shops the kids can get souvenirs to take home or play with in the pools.

The restaurants offer standard fast food including pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, sandwiches, and salads. For those who burn a lot of calories every day, they offer an all day dining plan for just over $30.

Soak city is a kid-friendly park. Any family visiting the area to see Disneyland should consider coming here for a day on their vacation too. It’s a change of pace that kids will enjoy and in the summer when the temperatures rise, this is a good way to cool off.
