Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, California
Once strictly upscale boutique shopping for the wealthy, the profile in Rodeo Drive has changed. Gap, Crate & Barrel, Cheese Cake Factory and many affordable mass market stores and restaurants have begun to to fill some empty spaces between elite boutiques. Customized services are strewn among the boutiques and stores, too. Just walk the loop of Rodeo Drive and Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills to see the diversity of businesses.
Yes you can expect to see high-end shops from Gucci to Luis Vuitton to Hermes, and other international brand names. Yet surprisingly, amidst the designer shops you can find stores with prices for real folks. Tourists are flocking to this location to window shop and with dollars to spend, they can buy clothing on Rodeo Drive as well. While Bijan requires an appointment, most boutiques do not. Visit Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior, Fendi, Chanel, Cartier and the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Anderton Court. Free two hour parking is available in several garages.
If shopping is important to you, Rodeo Drive should be on your bucket list. It’s easy to get to from anywhere in the LA area.
