About Shelter Cove Overlook in Whitethorn, California
This is an unofficial overlook at the end of a residential road high above Shelter Cove. You can drive up to the point and walk out to the edge and views of Dead Man’s Beach, Shelter Cove Beach, Mal Coombs Park, and the town of Shelter Cove.
To get here, drive up Shelter Cove Road from the main part of town and turn right on Landis Road. At the end you’ll find a cul de sac and a viewpoint from the bluff.
