About Gator Beach at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado in Coronado, California

Gator Beach is a private beach on Coronado Island that is for military personnel and their guests only. It is located inside the Coronado Naval Amphibious Base and has nice facilities for those who have access. The navy base entrance with Gator Beach access is at Silver Strand Boulevard and Tarawa Road. Coronado Shores Beach is the public beach just north of Gator Beach. Silver Strand State Beach is a short drive to the south.
