About Lighthouse Lodge and Cottages in Pacific Grove, California

The Lighthouse Lodge and Cottages is a comfortable hotel that offers one of the best reasons to stay in Pacific Grove during your visit to the Monterey Bay area. The hotel sits along a peaceful, tree-lined street near the Point Pinos Lighthouse, thus the name of the hotel. The Lighthouse is surrounded by a charming public golf course overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and the hotel, itself, is spread out so you wander. Deer roam outside the hotel rooms, eating seeds and nuts fallen from trees. Next to the lodge is a small cemetery that is established, serene, and peaceful to wander through.

The hotel offers comfortable guestrooms and cottages, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a great room with happy hour snacks or morning breakfast options served Continental style (complimentary). You can walk along the country road down to the beach just a few short blocks away. Asilomar State Beach and the Point Pinos Beaches have trails along the bluff to make this one of the best places to walk on the Monterey Peninsula
