About Veterans Museum at Balboa Park in San Diego, California
The Veterans Museum is located at Inspiration Point in San Diego’s Balboa Park. This is a museum that honors the memories of the men and women that served in all branches of the US Armed Forces and the battles that they fought in. It has permanent and rotating exhibits with historic artifacts, memorabilia, photographs, and more. The museum is housed in the former San Diego Naval Hospital Chapel and is surrounded by grass parks and paths that meander through Inspiration Point. The cost to enter is small (free for active duty). Closed on Mondays.
