Cottage Inn by the Sea is a charming place with roofing that looks like it’s out of a classic English painting. Wood lawn chairs perched on a hill among the flowers sport views of the Pacific Ocean, Pismo Pier, Oceano Dunes, and sometimes whales passing along the coast.
