About Point Reyes Hostel in Point Reyes Station, California
The Point Reyes Hostel is on the site of an historic ranch on Drakes Bay in Point Reyes National Seashore. The old ranch buildings were used to create a hostel out at this remote location. Even the horse barn was converted to a bunkhouse. It opened in 1972 and has been a charming hostel ever since. It’s a long drive out here but worth the effort. Long sandy beaches such as Limantour and Santa Maria are nearby. Many others are just a short drive away around the perimeter of the National Seashore. Book your stay at Point Reyes Hostel well in advance as it fills up quickly throughout the year.
