If you are looking for camping or glamping in Ventura County then consider this KOA at Ventura Ranch. They have sites for pitching tents and parking RV’s like any other campground but they have top notch facilities. If you don’t have all the gear needed for camping, they have cabins on site that you can rent. And if you want something different they have teepees for rent. Your kids will love it. This KOA is located up in the hills above the Ventura valley. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the beaches on the waterfront in Ventura. Ojai is nearby too!
