- Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill
- The Sea Chest Oyster Bar and Seafood Restaurant
Moonstone Beach is along Moonstone Beach Drive which parallels Highway 1 in northern Cambria, California. The shoreline here is made up of brown sandy coves separated by rocky headlands. At the back of the beach are large drift logs and rocks to rest on. Along the bluff top is the wooden Moonstone Beach Boardwalk which spans the length of Moonstone Beach from the Santa Rosa Creek day-use area to the Leffingwell Landing day-use area. Access to Moonstone Beach is from either of these day-use parking lots or any of the pull-out lots along Moonstone Beach Drive.
All of these beaches are part of Hearst San Simeon State Park. Because these are state beaches dogs are allowed on-leash on the trails and the boardwalk, but not on the beach. Next to Moonstone Beach are many Cambria hotels and a couple restaurants which are open during the busy tourist seasons.
