About Seagrove Park in Del Mar, California
Seagrove Park is a small grassy park on the bluff just steps from downtown Del Mar. This beautifully landscaped park has benches with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, which is perfect for whale watching season from December through April. From the park it is just a short walk down to the Main Beach in Del Mar. Every so often the Coaster Train goes whizzing by and makes a lot of noise, but it’s fun the first time you stand above the train as it passes.
