Las Tunas County Beach is a rocky beach in eastern Malibu. The shoreline in this area is eroding away so much that protective measures are being taken to protect Pacific Coast Highway and the homes below it. This narrow beach is mostly used as a public fishing spot. There is not enough sand for sunbathing and the sound of PCH would ruin any chance for relaxation. Not much of an opportunity for beachcombing either, but at low tide the beach is a public right-of-way for walking in both directions below the homes. A small parking lot for Las Tunas Beach is at 19444 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu.
