Slide Ranch Beach

Slide Ranch Beach is located at Slide Ranch, a non-profit farm for education that is situated on national park property north of Muir Beach, CA. The grounds are open to the public during daylight hours. Slide Ranch offers many programs for kids to learn about food and nature. Reservations for these programs are required so see their website for details. The driftwood littered beach below Slide Ranch is accessible via a narrow hiking trail. Continue north once you reach the rocky shoreline until you find the sandier part of the beach here. Look for small signs for the ranch as you drive Highway 1 north from Muir Beach. Slide Ranch is a partner with the Golden Gate National Parks unit of the National Park Service.
