Bolinas Vacation Rentals

Bolinas is a unique town filled with proud locals who aren’t too keen on visitors. For this reason, it’s best to blend in if you plan to stay for a while. There are no hotels in Bolinas, but there are many vacation rentals available. Staying in a vacation home is truly the way to go and Bolinas is one of the best places to hide from the rat race.

After you book a vacation rental and make the long drive out here, you’ll want to get settled in. There are few services here but you’ll find a small general store, a cafe, and a saloon. Almost all of the vacation rentals in Bolinas are walking distance to Bolinas Beach. Another must see beach is at Agate Beach County Park. From this park you have access to one of the best tidepools in California, Duxbury Reef (go there at low tide). Bolinas is between Point Reyes National Seashore and Mount Tam State Park. Both are great for hiking and have wonderful beaches too.
