The Tudor Rose Manor is a 6-bedroom year-round residential vacation rental.   The occupancy of this rental is limited to 14 adult guests (2 per bedroom + 2 additional.) Children under the age of 12 are not counted toward the maximum.  There are 3 other areas for the extra 2 adults and children to sleep which are referred to as the Family Room, Game Room and Wet Bar.

Just a 3-4-minute stroll to the waves of the large (7-mi.) sandy Rio Del Mar Beach & Seacliff State Beach Park with its Wharf & Cement Ship. There is also Wireless WIFI, a Computer and Printer/Copier, 3-HiDef. 36″ Flat Screen Cable TV with VHS & DVD Movies, Assorted sizes of Bikes, SwimSpa Hot Tub, Gas BBQ and a Charcoal BBQ, Play Croquet, Badminton & Frisby Golf on front lawn, Free Firewood for beach bonfires & much more!
