About Moss Beach Juliana Access in Moss Beach, California

In the town of Moss Beach there is a little-known sandy beach below the eroding bluffs. Above the beach there is an undeveloped open space with a well-worn footpath that follows the bluff. A couple benches along this trail have superb views out over the ocean. Look for steep routes down to the beach near the parking area. There is a sea cave at the north end of the beach to explore when the tide is safe. Note that at high tide the beach will be narrow or all wet. To get here, turn off Highway 1 onto Vallemar Street then take the first left onto Juliana Avenue. Find shoulder parking next to the open space on the ocean.
