About Ocean Cove in Jenner, California
Ocean Cove Beach is a rocky shoreline below a privately-owned campground in Sonoma County. The beach can be accessed by the general public through the campground for day-use, but will be required to pay a small fee. The facility is open April 1 through November 30 every year. Ocean Cove Campground has RV and tent camping sites right on the bluff within earshot of the ocean waves. They have a protected boat launch that is popular in this area which is known for great fishing. There is no sandy beach here so if you are looking for a typical beach setting, head elsewhere. Ocean Cove is about 17 miles north of Jenner and located between Stillwater Cove Regional Park and Salt Point State Park.
Nearby is the Ocean Cove Lodge which has 16 guestrooms and a restaurant and bar. Ocean Cove Store is a quaint little general store on Highway 1 at the entrance to the campground. They have food, beverages, and firewood for camping.
