Oceanside Boulevard Beach is at Oceanside Blvd and Pacific Street in Oceanside, CA. The beach here is narrow and usually all wet at high tide. The beach entrance at this intersection and the homes on both sides are protected by piled up rocks which get hammered by the surf during storms. Parking is available along nearby streets at this beach access. Walking a little way south from here takes you to Buccaneer Beach Park, a great family-friendly spot with a cafe, grass park, restrooms, and a creek for bird-watching. Walking north the distance of four blocks takes you to Wisconsin Avenue where you can walk north on The Strand to the Oceanside Pier. Surfers and bodyboarders are the biggest users of the Oceanside Boulevard Beach Access.
