About Whitehouse Creek Beach Access in Pescadero, California
Whitehouse Creek Beach is a very small beach at the mouth of Whitehouse Creek in Ano Nueve State Reserve. This scenic secluded spot requires a trail hike from one of two small parking areas along Highway 1. One is across from the Costanoa Lodge and KOA Campground and the other is across from Whitehouse Canyon Road (unsigned). The trails from the parking lots converge on the beach which at low tide would offer a great remote spot to explore below the rugged bluffs. If you have time, there is a nice trail along the bluffs west of Whitehouse Creek Beach that leads out to a rocky point with views in all directions. If you are looking for a place to stay, the Costanoa is much nicer than expected and has a wonderful restaurant even if you don’t plan to overnight there.
