Earlier this year, Paul Allen sold this amazing house along Malibu’s coastline to CBS President & CEO Les Moonves for $28.8M. Allen bought the house in 2010 for a reported $25M.

With glass and white stucco, the modular house offers 5,800 square feet of living space, including a screening room, gym and pool. With 80-feet of oceanfront property, this home is contemporary in design, located right along Carbon Beach, also known as Billionaire’s Beach, which is home to some of Hollywood’s royalty.

Originally designed by architect Jerry Lomax, the home has undergone extensive remodeling in recent years.  This magnificent home is U-shaped, with private decks featuring views of the ocean, as well as an ocean-side spa and swimming pool.
