About Puerco Beach in Malibu, California

Puerco Beach is the official name for the beach on the western portion of Malibu Road in Malibu, CA. This is a narrow south-facing beach in front of tightly packed homes that is mostly wet at high tide. Since all California beaches are public below the mean high tide line, this entire beach is therefor public. Puerco Beach only has two public accessways. One is left of the home at address 25120 Malibu Road where a few public parking spaces are provided. The other access is at the far west end at 25446 Malibu Road where the beach widens as housing development stops. Dan Blocker Beach is west of this access. Unfortunately the only entrance to Malibu Road is from the east end at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Webb Way (turn toward the ocean at this light). Amarillo Beach is the name of the beach along the eastern portion of Malibu Road.
