Paradise Cove Beach on Catalina Island is a tiny beach with a boat-in camping space with room for just for one party.

The only way to get to the beach in Paradise Cove is by boat or in a kayak. Sea kayaks can be rented nearby in Avalon or Two Harbors (the latter town being much closer). There are no toilets or running water and fires are not allowed.

Reservations are required to camp at Paradise Cove. Read up on Catalina’s boat-in camping before planning your trip.

Catalina Express boats take one hour to reach Catalina and depart daily from Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Dana Point.
