One of the wealthiest and safest communities in the nation, Oxnard is known for its quiet beaches, family-friendly festivals and extraordinary weather. Oxnard Beach includes plenty of space for a picnic or a game of beach volleyball, while Hollywood Beach is a stunning location of white sand and calm waters. Meanwhile, visit Mandalay State Beach for the chance to view its preserved wetlands and undeveloped sand dunes. Do not expect much more, though. This particular beach does not have any other amenities or lifeguards.
