About Inverness

The idyllic small California town of Inverness provides plenty of options for tourists, including hidden beaches. There are many remote beaches found in Point Reyes National Seashore, including Abbotts Lagoon, Drakes Beach and Kehoe Beach. For some fantastic hiking, do not miss Tomales Bay. Be ready to embark on an adventure, though. Backpacking and hiking are popular pastimes at Point Reyes Peninsula. In fact, that is the only way you will get to some of the more secluded sites.
