Best Beaches Near SeaWorld

SeaWorld is one of the most popular attractions in San Diego, and even Southern California for that matter. In fact, it is a primary reason why many travelers choose San Diego as a vacation destination. However, San Diego offers much more, including great restaurants, nightlife, theater, sports, and some of the best beaches, of course! SeaWorld is located just minutes from some amazing beaches.

Many of these are family-friendly beaches on the protected shores of the largest man-made aquatic park in the United States, Mission Bay Park. Others are popular beaches that are subjected to the powerful waves of the Pacific Ocean such as Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach. If you are taking kids to the beach, choose a beach with lifeguards so you don’t stress too much while the young ones are playing in the waves (the ocean beaches below has lifeguards daily).
